Terms & Conditions
- Interested customers are allowed up to 48 hours to inform Quintessentiallyours via email the bank fund transfer transaction confirmation number. All items he/she wishes to purchase will be kept on hold solely for him /her during this 48 hours.
- Any other interested buyers of the items in the above purchase order can only purchase them if no confirmation is received from Customer 1 after 48 hours.
- NO requests for product exchanges or refunds will be honoured.
- Quintessentiallyours will not be responsible for any loss of products in postal transit.
- Actual dimensions of the products may differ slightly (by 1 or 2mm) from that stated in the item descriptions.
