For a long while, each of us 3 very good friends of more than 10 years had been leading “separate lives” (yes, bring on Phil Collins & Marilyn Martin) tangled in balls of yarn & crochet hooks, stringing dazzling crystals and challenging the mind boggling programming codes.

In Oct 09, a spark of inspiration ignited our enthusiasm and zeal for a joint venture quite “out of the box” for 3 of us….

If we could pool our skills and creativity, we could share the fruit of our passion and joy of crochet and jewellery making with more people, couldn’t we? A sweet little crocheted floral brooch, a pretty beaded earring may be far cries from rocket science, but at the very least, they could add a little colour and cheer to our somehow mundane everyday life.

We began our discussions, amassed a handful of stock and pretty much built the website up step-by-step.  Come 1 Jan 10, our virtual shop throws open its doors to welcome you to our little online shop – Quintessentiallyours.com

Here, the creations of our imagination are given a lease of life with our nimble hands.  Earrings, chokers, chains, broaches etc – basically all things elegant and pretty are classified according to colour themes of the passing seasons.  Each season lasts 3 months and there’ll be a product refresh every month.
